Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 200 g dark chocolate melted
  • 100 g unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 250 g sugar
  • 3 large eggs at room temperature
  • 100 g all-purpose flour don't overmix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Biscoff Twist
  • 150 g Lotus Biscoff cookies crushed
  • 50 g Biscoff spread

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until glossy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the flour and vanilla extract until just combined.
  7. Fold in the crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of Biscoff spread on top and swirl with a knife.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  11. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
