Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy—about 2-3 minutes.
- Shape the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool the cookies slightly on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- While still warm, press mini marshmallows into each cookie and dust with powdered sugar.
- Add chocolate chips for eyes and carrot candies for noses.
