How to Make One-Pot Chili
  1. In a large pot, warm up 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves. Sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Toss in 1 lb of ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  5. Mix in 1 can of kidney beans, 1 can of black beans, 1 can of diced tomatoes, and 1 cup of beef broth.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Dish out your One-Pot Chili hot and serve.
