  • 15 cookies Oreo cookies (crushed) Plus extra for decoration
For the Frosting
  • 1 cups unsalted butter Softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened

How to Make Oreo Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two round baking pans.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Blend wet and dry ingredients together and fold in crushed Oreos.
  5. Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Prepare frosting by beating butter and cream cheese until fluffy, then incorporate powdered sugar.
  7. Assemble the cake with frosting between layers and on top; decorate with crushed Oreos.
