How to Make Parmesan Garlic Artisan Bread
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Pour in the warm water and stir until everything is combined.
- Gently fold in the grated parmesan cheese and minced garlic.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Set your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat up.
- Lightly flour a surface and turn your dough out onto it, shaping it into a ball.
- Let the ball of dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven from your oven and place the dough inside.
- Put the lid on the Dutch oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool before slicing.
