How to Make Parmesan Garlic Artisan Bread
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Pour in the warm water and stir until everything is combined.
  3. Gently fold in the grated parmesan cheese and minced garlic.
  4. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
  5. Set your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat up.
  6. Lightly flour a surface and turn your dough out onto it, shaping it into a ball.
  7. Let the ball of dough rest for 30 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven from your oven and place the dough inside.
  9. Put the lid on the Dutch oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool before slicing.
