- In a large bowl, mix together the three cups of all-purpose flour, one teaspoon of instant yeast, one teaspoon of salt, and one tablespoon of sugar.
- Pour in one cup of warm water and stir until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Gently mix in half a cup of grated parmesan cheese and three cloves of minced garlic.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat up.
- Turn the risen dough out onto a floured surface and shape it gently into a ball.
- Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
- Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven from the oven and place the dough inside. Cover it and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
- Once baked, let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
