How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and salt. Stir until mixed.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
