How to Make Pickle Pasta Bacon Salad
  1. Boil 8 ounces of your favorite pasta according to the package instructions. Once al dente, drain and let it cool completely in a colander.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the cooled pasta, 1 cup of diced pickles, and 6 crispy slices of crumbled bacon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta mixture. Stir gently until well coated.
