  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or dairy-free chocolate for vegan

How to Make Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients by combining almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Stir until well blended.
  3. Whisk together the wet ingredients in another bowl: melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), large egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients by pouring the wet mixture into the dry. Stir gently until just incorporated.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, giving them space to spread.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
