How to Make Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the dry ingredients by combining almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Stir until well blended.
- Whisk together the wet ingredients in another bowl: melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), large egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients by pouring the wet mixture into the dry. Stir gently until just incorporated.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, giving them space to spread.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes
Drizzle with melted chocolate for an extra touch of indulgence. For best results, let the coconut oil cool a bit before mixing.
