How to Make Pumpkin Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the pumpkin purée, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves into a separate bowl.
  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Cool the bread in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
