Instructions

  3. Combine the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and red food coloring in another bowl. Stir until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Scoop dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
