How to Make Salsa Verde Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat with the olive oil for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Mix in the salsa verde and freshly squeezed lime juice; stir well to combine.
  5. Arrange the seasoned chicken in the prepared baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
