- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for roasting the broccolini.
- Lightly spray the broccolini with avocado oil spray and roast for about 10 minutes.
- Heat the avocado oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the ground pork and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the minced ginger, garlic, sambal oelek, and soy sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the light brown sugar until it dissolves.
- Add garlic powder, kosher salt, and cooked ramen noodles and toss together for 1-2 minutes.
