How to Make Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the chicken, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips.
  3. Combine chicken, peppers, and onion in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the fajita seasoning. Toss together until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or foil.
  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, tossing halfway through until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
  6. Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in foil and placing them in the oven for the last 5 minutes.
  7. Serve by removing the sheet pan from the oven and squeezing fresh lime juice over the top.
