How to Make Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the chicken, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips.
- Combine chicken, peppers, and onion in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the fajita seasoning. Toss together until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, tossing halfway through until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in foil and placing them in the oven for the last 5 minutes.
- Serve by removing the sheet pan from the oven and squeezing fresh lime juice over the top.
