Method

How to Make S'mores Rolled Rice Krispie Treats
  1. In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter completely. Stir gently to ensure it doesn’t bubble up; we want a smooth base for our treats!
  2. Once the butter is melted, add the entire package of marshmallows. Stir continuously until they melt into a smooth, creamy mixture.
  3. Remove the pot from heat and fold in the rice krispies, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Press it down firmly to create a compact, solid layer.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool for about 10-15 minutes. Roll sections into logs about an inch in diameter.
  6. Wrap each log in plastic wrap and let them set completely for about 30 minutes.
