  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter browned
  • 1 1/2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  8. Cool the cookies on a wire rack before icing.
  9. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan until browned, then mix with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
  10. Drizzle the icing generously over the cooled cookies and let it set.
