How to Make Spaghetti Pie
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti until al dente, about 8-10 minutes; drain and set aside.
  3. Mix the spaghetti with eggs, half of the Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  4. Layer half of the spaghetti mixture in the baking dish, followed by half of the marinara sauce and dollops of ricotta (and meat, if using).
  5. Repeat layering with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the rest of the marinara and a sprinkling of Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown; let it cool slightly before serving.
