Making the Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you’re using a pizza stone, place it inside now to heat up for an extra crispy crust.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches about 12 inches in diameter.
- Mix together ricotta, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread this creamy mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Layer fresh spinach generously on top of the ricotta mixture, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the spinach.
- Transfer the pizza onto a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, and drizzle with olive oil. Slice into pieces and serve hot.

Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to your pizza before baking.
