Frosting Ingredients
  • 2 cups powdered sugar sift for best results
  • 1 cup heavy cream keep chilled for volume

Method
 

Cupcake Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Beat the softened butter until creamy, then gradually add the granulated sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla extract and milk.
  5. Fold in the dry ingredients and green food coloring until just combined.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean; cool completely.
  7. For the frosting, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Frost the cooled cupcakes generously and enjoy!
