  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin by placing cupcake liners inside each compartment.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until well-blended.
  3. Beat the softened butter in another bowl until creamy. Gradually add in the sugar, mixing until light and fluffy.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time into the butter mixture, then add the milk and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients gradually into the wet mixture and fold in the diced strawberries.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cupcakes to cool before adding your favorite frosting.
