- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin by placing cupcake liners inside each compartment.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until well-blended.
- Beat the softened butter in another bowl until creamy. Gradually add in the sugar, mixing until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time into the butter mixture, then add the milk and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Combine the dry ingredients gradually into the wet mixture and fold in the diced strawberries.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
