How to Make Strawberry Kiss Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream together butter and sugar in a larger bowl until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Fold in the finely chopped strawberries gently into the creamed mixture.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture gradually. Stir until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie immediately after removing them from the oven. Allow cooling on wire racks before serving.
