  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar To enhance flavor
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a fluffy texture
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract For flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Unflavored gelatin powder To set the mousse
  • 2 tablespoons Cold water To bloom the gelatin

How to Make Strawberry Mousse
  1. Combine strawberries and sugar in a bowl. Let them sit for about 15 minutes until they become syrupy and fragrant.
  2. Blend the sweetened strawberries until smooth, but reserve a few pieces for texture.
  3. Whip the cold heavy cream with the vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Mix the gelatin powder with cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes, then warm it until it dissolves completely.
  5. Fold in the strawberry puree and the dissolved gelatin into the whipped cream gently.
  6. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
