  4. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  5. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart. Flatten each slightly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool on the baking sheets for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
