- In a bowl, whisk together the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add the olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined, then knead on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and rosemary.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle, spread the herb mixture evenly over the dough.
- Starting from one long side, tightly roll the dough into a log and seal the ends. Place seam-side down in a greased loaf pan.
- Cover the loaf and let it rise for about 30 minutes until it puffs up.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
