Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat for a minute.
  2. Sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers for 3-5 minutes until soft.
  3. Add ground turkey, cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce; cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Serve turkey mixture in lettuce leaves and garnish with sliced green onions.
